Precious Moment
The sun began to sink in the sky and flooded through the living room windows yesterday afternoon. Erik played quietly with his toy tractor on the floor.
Suddenly, I overheard him blurt out, "HELLO, ERIK!"
Curious, I looked his direction just in time to see he had greeted his own shadow.

Oh how cute. You'll have to write that one down.
I LOVE THAT! How adorable :) I want to come over and play too!! Connor was also playing with his shadow this week, it was really fun to watch.
LOL! That is so sweet!
I remember when Jaiden first recognised his shadow he proceeded to jump up and down laughing histerically saying "it do same!!"
Awwwwww. That is one precious moment. Thanks for sharing.
oh that is so sweet! I love catching them in moments like that when they think no one is watching or listening in :)
Nancy,
My daughter Lexi was in the room yesterday when I was reading your blog. She just thought Eric was adorable. She really wished he was going to be at the picnic tomorrow. Just wanted to let you know. Your lucky he is little or she would be chasing after him. We just recently became VERY interested in boys.
OHHHHH now there is a moment that needs to be scrapbooked!!! These sweet little items that you write about sooo need to be put away in an album for year of memories!! TRUST ME on this you will think you will remember all these perfect moments and I promise you you will forget way to many of them with the new cute and sweet things he does!!
That is sooooooo precious that he did that!! What a sweetie pie!!!
Did you see I got on the mom2my6packs blog? She put something I made her on there and mentioned my site!! :)

As our kids learn and experience we hold the best seat for every performance. Bravo!

AWE! I love it!
How precious! :0) *hugs*
Absolutely priceless. I am not sure life gets any better than that.
Ah... Nancy this is too sweet! Some of us look in the mirror and don't recognize the person we see there... but yet Erik can see himself in his shadow! ~ jb///
