Chinese Freeze Tag
Rosemarie has tagged me to tell of 10 interesting or surprising things about me. It sounded easy, but it was really hard. Consider yourself tagged if you would like to participate, as I would like to know more about you.
(1) I'm afraid of the dark (and all things I cannot easily see or explain).
(2) I cannot stomach movies about zombies, pod people, or any variety of the undead whatsoever. I guess a trip to Haiti is out of the question for me.
(3) Raccoons freak me out.
(4) I believe in God and talk to him often, sometimes out loud. We seem to hear each other best in the car, in bed, or in the shower.
(5) I have rare bouts of PTSD from being robbed at gunpoint years ago. On occasion my blood still runs cold when I am in a store or restaurant and a man enters with his hands in his pockets or carries a backpack.
(6) I am darn good with a barbecue.
(7) I have always had a thing for Bert on Sesame Street. I have a secret collection of Bert paraphernalia that existed long before I had a child. Who knew a Muppet could be so adorably weird and wonderful?
(8) For all of my life I never felt like I fit in.
(9) When I think about many things that take place on this planet and who is here with me, my heart swells. I love many things about this life.
(10) I lived completely alone for approximately ten years.

1. I have a ridiculous amount of food issues.
a. I HATE onions.
b. I don’t like my food to touch
c. I eat in stages. i.e. I eat all of one thing before I can move onto another thing
d. Don’t even think about trying to feed me food. For most people that’s a romantic gesture, but for me, it just triggers my gag reflex
2. I have probably an unhealthy relationship with my cat. She’s my sanity on most days.
3. I am pretty afraid of water. I can swim, but I can’t go under water without plugging my nose. Thus causing an intense fear for pool parties and the possible dunking episodes they present.
4. I can’t ride a bike.
5. I was voted Ms. Personality three years in a row in high school.
6. I cannot handle all things bloody….real life events, pictures and even stories cause me to become light-headed

Loved this blog, so I couldn't help but comment.
I share a couple of these with you, and #7 of Autumns.
Yours was much better than mine...no surprise there, lol. But, I love scary & gory movies. Love the dark, prefer it.

I have a very funny raccoon story that I could share, but you tell it so much better. Keywords-Yurt, Jack Daniels and a very large raccoon!
Love you lots!
Those are really cool! I did something kinda like that today on my blog, Mississippi Songbird had tagged me at my place :0)
I don't blame ya on being afraid of the dark-- after some experiences I've had, I'm not much on sleeping in the dark.
I too, believe in God, and speak with him often :0)
*Hugs and Love*

Stumbled across this blog about 6 months ago and love it, so here goes a bit about me.
1 - I cannot drive over bridges or high flyovers - I often leave the motorway at a junction before a known bridge, drive through the town the M way bypasses, and then rejoin at the next opportunity. This can add hours to my journey.
2 - Consequently I am afraid of roads which I haven't driven before, in case I am confronted with a horror.
3 - I am however, a very good navigator and happily my husband is a fearless driver (except perhaps in Italy)!
4 - I am 47 years old and cannot have children. This could destroy me if I let it get too big.
5 - I love reading.
6 - I love cooking and food.
7 - I have never felt as if I belonged. Others know how to do this, yet I never had the script.
8 - I do not look 47 at all and for this I am grateful, although a little surprised. Given my party past, I should be haggard!
9 - I am on my third husband!
10 - Thanks to my cats I am very good at catching mice abandoned in my kitchen.
